Can Your Dental Health Benefit from the Alkaline Diet?

Everyone knows that brushing and flossing are inevitable steps in proper oral hygiene. But there are many other factors that can also affect your dental health, and your diet is most definitely one of them.
While many people avoid candies because of their high sugar content–which plays a significant role in the creation of caries and other dental problems–few people are aware of the negative impact that sour (or acidic) foods might have on your teeth.

What Do Acidic Foods Do to Your Enamel?

Healthy saliva pH levels are usually between 6.2 and 7.4. This means, depending on the individual, that mouth pH varies in the range from slightly acidic through neutral to slightly alkaline.

However, the food and drinks that we consume can decrease or increase these levels. The acids found in the food actually cause them to drop down, meaning that your saliva becomes acidic. If they fall below 5.7, they can temporarily soften your teeth enamel.

Some foods (especially sour candies) have pH that is close to the level of battery acid. It takes your mouth at least half an hour after consuming such an acidic meal to restore its natural neutral pH, and the enamel to harden again. But if you constantly eat foods that lower your mouth pH, your teeth never get a chance to recover and permanent enamel demineralization occurs. This often leads to cavities, caries, gum recession, and tooth hypersensitivity despite regular brushing and flossing.

Actually, brushing might even aggravate the problems if you do it straight after lunch. The action of brushing is a means for mechanically removing the damaging plaque, but it can also wear away your softened enamel.

How Can You Prevent the Damage?

Because pH levels are a critical factor in the enamel erosion, the solution is to alkalize your mouth regularly and help the natural remineralization process that your teeth are constantly subjected to.

The easiest and most efficient way is to drink ionized alkaline water. Consuming alkaline foods and avoiding highly acidic foods is another way. While highly acidic foods destroy the protective outer layer of teeth, high-alkaline foods neutralize their effect in your mouth.

Even after consulting with teeth whitening specialists in Chatswood, we can be assured that: “Alkaline food can protect your teeth. The good way to go about your dental health is to lower acidic foods intake. This also reduces the necessity for teeth whitening.”

What is more, ionized alkaline water is a holistic approach to your overall well-being.

What Constitutes an Alkaline Meal?

Any food with a pH equal or higher than your mouth pH is considered alkaline. Most fruits and vegetables fall on this side of the scale, but leafy greens, roots, onions, and cruciferous vegetables are particularly alkaline. Chicken soup and salty nuts also have pH values of 8.5 and higher. You can eat soybeans and tofu freely, and spice your meals with cinnamon, or curry. In general, eating foods that stimulate your saliva glands makes your mouth water and also has an alkalizing effect.

It may come as a surprise to you, but citrus fruits are classified as alkaline as well. This has to do with the fact that the alkalizing properties of certain foods are not determined by their taste, but rather by how they are metabolized. Lemons and limes may not be alkaline in nature (they contain citric acid), but when they are broken down by our body they produce an alkaline response.

On the other side of the scale are foods that you should avoid. Definitely eliminate sugar and alcohol.

Wine, for example, has a pH of 2.2 or lower. Breads, fish and meats are all very acidic as well. And so are eggs and dairy products. Although, goat milk makes an exception, since it is slightly alkaline. Skip ordinary black and green tea, as well as coffee, and rather stick to herbal varieties, such as chamomile or mint tea.

Be the change. Take steps to ensure your well-being comes first. Alkaline ionized water and alkaline diet are an amazing way to normalize your dental health. However, like with any other diet, do your research and don’t go to extremes. Alkaline diet may be extremely difficult to follow. And that’s completely fine. In the end, you can decide what aspects of this particular diet you want to follow. Never stress about it.

The Importance of Water for Your Waistline

You’ve heard it before and I’ll say it again: water is an integral part of any weight management program. Let me count the ways.

1) Water makes you feel full

Drinking a glass or two before a meal can help you consume less. By sipping throughout the day instead of reaching for an unhealthy snack, you can avoid hunger pangs. In fact, much of the time when we feel hungry we are actually thirsty! So next time you feel hungry, try reaching for a glass of water instead.

2) Drinking cold water burns more calories

That’s right. When we drink cold water our bodies have to work to get that water up to our body temperature, and can burn up to 23 calories per 16 oz of cold water.

3) Replace empty calories

When we choose water over other beverages like soda and coffee, we are cutting down on the empty calories we would otherwise consume. Studies show that flavoring your water helps you drink more water, so try adding lemon, lime, or therapeutic-grade essential oils to your water.

4) Water flushes toxins

Water–particularly ionized alkaline water from a water ionizer–can help flush toxins and fat from the body which would otherwise be stored. We need to be drinking a minimum of half our body weight in ounces daily just to replace the water lost through normal bodily functions. When we drink more than the minimum we are providing our body with water to flush out unnecessary toxins.

5) Water gives you energy

When we are dehydrated our energy levels dip and our muscles can cramp, making it hard to work out. Because exercise is such an important part of weight management, we need to stay properly hydrated in order to get the most out of our workouts.

6) Drinking water encourages healthy cravings

The more we make water part of our daily routine, the more we will start to reprogram our taste buds to crave healthy foods. Ionized alkaline water is particularly effective at this, and can also help you crave more water. Unlike other waters, it won’t leave you with a bloated or waterlogged feeling and can hydrate you on a cellular level. While not everyone who has switched to ionized alkaline water from a Chanson water has experienced weight loss, on average users report losing 5-10 pounds. Water ionizers make the alkaline minerals in your tap water more bioavailable, which can nourish your cells and provide the right conditions for your body to release stored fat.

Cleopatra’s Beauty Secret: Revealed

It is widely believed that Cleopatra’s beautiful skin can be attributed to bathing in milk and honey. But what if that wasn’t her only beauty secret? What if the water she drank also played a significant role?

One thing we know for sure: Cleopatra didn’t drink SmartWater or tap water that had toxic chemicals like chlorine and fluoride added to it. Back then, her only water sources would have been wells and the river Nile itself.

Ancient Water Purification Methods

It turns out that the origin of water filtration dates back to ancient Egypt, where–as early as 2000 B.C.–water was passed through a cloth sleeve to filter out some of the larger impurities before drinking.

The Egyptians would also allow smaller sediment to settle at the bottom of a large urn and siphon the upper layer of water for drinking, and used almonds to clarify river water.

The ancient Greeks would also sanitize water by boiling, straining, exposing to sunlight, charcoal filtering, and filtering water through sand.

Ancient Water Ionization Methods

Even more interesting is that in Grecian and Roman times, water was stored in urns of copper and brass overnight. The end result of which was clear and sweet drinking water, due to the electrolytic reaction that took place in the copper and brass.

Copper is a chemical element with a very high thermal and electrical conductivity, and brass is a mixture of copper and zinc, an alkaline mineral. So it appears that ancient Greeks and Romans are the actual founders of water ionization, a discovery which took place before Christ was even born!

Presumably, only the rich could afford these urns and this water purification method, and thus it is conceivable that Cleopatra would have drank ionized water, regardless of if she were aware of the science behind it. (Although Cleopatra ruled Egypt, she was of Greek decent and eventually joined Cesar in Rome.)

How You Can Benefit From This Ancient Beauty Secret

Today, technology allows us to create our own ionized water through the use of a kitchen appliance called a water ionizer which turns ordinary tap water into healthy alkaline ionized water for drinking.

Dermatologist Dr. Nicholas Perricone, author of The Perricone Prescription says, “The fountain of youth did not spew forth diet soda and OJ–it’s always been good old H2O…If you do not drink water, your organs and cells cannot function. How can your skin be soft and plumped up if you refuse the elixir of life?”

Alkaline ionized water is up to six times more hydrating than tap or bottled water, contains three times more antioxidants than a glass of OJ, and is able to hydrate cells to twice their size. The result? Deeper hydration and clearer, softer, more youthful skin.

Fortunately, we do not have to result to labor-intensive, time-consuming ancient methods of filtration and ionization. We now have the luxury of installing a pre-filter which only needs to be changed about once a year, and a water ionizer which will produce alkaline ionized water instantly.

The Evolution of Water Consumption, Filtration, Treatment, and Delivery

Think water filtration or ionized alkaline water is new? It’s been around in one way or another since the beginning of time.

Here’s a historical timeline:

Dark Ages

Early man camped near water sources and collected naturally occuring ionzied alkaline spring water from streams, waterfalls, lakes and rivers using cupped hands, and later buckets and basins.

4000-2000 B.C.

Ancient Sanskrit and Greek writings recommended water treatment methods such as filtering through charcoal, exposing to sunlight, boiling, and straining in order to improve appearance of water.

1500 B.C.

To clarify water, the Egyptians reportedly used the chemical alum to cause suspended particles to settle out of water, and also siphoned water through a series of clay pots.

Egyptians and Greeks discovered that if they swirled and left water in copper and brass urns overnight, it turned sweeter (a mild form of ionization).

The Roman Empire built an extensive aqueduct system, with eleven aqueducts serving the city.

500 B.C.

The Greek scientist Hippocrates invented the first cloth bag filter and called it the “Hippocratic sleeve.”

1627

Sir Robert Bacon began experimenting with a form of sand filtration to remove salt particles from seawater.

1676

Anton van Leeuwenhoek became the first person to discover microorganisms in water.

1700s

Domestic water filter units made from wool, sponge, and charcoal began to be used in individual homes.

1804

The first large municipal water treatment plant was installed in Scotland in order to provide treated water to every resident.

1829

Evian water company was formed and began selling the water in earthenware.

1854

Several cities began to treat all water with sand filters and chlorine before distributing it to the public after British scientist John Snow discovered that he could use chlorine to kill bacteria in water.

1869

The first desalination patent was reported, and the first land-based steam distillation plant was established in Britain.

Late 1800’s

Municipal water treatment began to take hold in the U.S. Rapid sand filtration is experimented with, along with cleaning filters with powerful steam jets. A rapid decrease in waterborne diseases is noted at this time.

Early 1900’s

The first water ionizers are invented in Russia, designed to recreate what happens in nature when water runs over rocks–alkaline pH water with a low ORP (oxidation reduction potential).

1903

Water softeners, which use sodium ions to replace water-hardening minerals in water, were introduced into the water treatment market.

1908

Chlorine was used for the first time as a primary disinfectant of drinking water in Jersey City, New Jersey. The use of other disinfectants such as ozone also began in Europe around this time.

1914

Limited drinking water standards for municipalities in U.S. cities were implemented.

1940s

Federal drinking water standards were widely applied in the U.S.

1945

Fluoroide began to be added to the municipal tap water sources under the guise of preventing dental decay.

1958

The first residential water ionizer was developed and sold in Japan.

1960s

The American government created and funded the Office of Saline Water to research and develop desalination technologies.

1966

The Japanese Health Ministry approved the water ionizer as a “Health Improving Medical Device.”

1959

The Reverse Osmosis (R/O) extreme water filtration method is invented by Prof Reid of the University of Florida.

Late 1960s

Industrial and agricultural advances and the creation of new man-made chemicals had negative impacts on the environment and public health when they began finding their way into water supplies through factory discharges, street and farm field runoff, and leaking underground storage and disposal tanks.

1966

Heinz Hankammer began production of the first Brita filter under a pear tree in his family’s garden.

1970s

Perrier introduces carbonated bottled water.

1972

The Clean Water Act became law, requiring industrial plants to proactively improve their waste procedures in order to limit the effect of contaminants on freshwater sources.

1974

The Safe Drinking Water Act was adopted by all 50 states for the regulation of U.S. public water systems. This law specified 91 pollutants that must be closely monitored (out of more than 60,000).

1980

500 million gallons of bottled water are sold in the US.

1990

U.S. annual sales of bottled water spurted to 1.8 billion gallons.

Early 2000s

Municipalities begin to increase chloramine (chlorine + ammonia) usage as a disinfectant in tap water.

2006

Almost 36  billion plastic water bottles are sold in the U.S.

Today

Bottled water consumption remains at an all-time high and municipalities continue to add harmful chemicals like chlorine, chloramine and fluoride to the drinking water. Most water filter owners are either over- or under-filtering their tap water, and water ionizers remain virtually unknown outside of Asia despite their proven health benefits. What is wrong with this picture?

Take advantage of the technology our era has afforded us and say goodbye to unhealthy and expensive bottled waters and hello to fresh filtered Chanson ionized alkaline water.

Do pH Water Machines Really Work?

As a prominent water ionizer distributor and manufacturer, of course we are going to tell you that yes, pH water machines really work.

But don’t just take our word for it. Read the dozens of customer testimonials, doctor and athlete endorsements, scientific studies and articles we have collected on the subject.

The Science Behind It

Water ionizers replicate what happens in nature when alkaline mineral-rich water flows over rocks, creating a negative charge, or -ORP (oxidation reduction potential). Through the process of electrolysis, water ionizers are able to separate H- ions and H+ ions, resulting in two streams of water – alkaline for drinking and acidic for eco-friendly skincare and cleaning purposes. They also microcluster the water, which makes the water drops smaller and easier to penetrate cells for deeper hydration and detoxification, and ionize the minerals which makes them more easily absorbed by the body.

Testing

pH water machines are not a scam or just hype. In fact, there are three very simple scientific ways to test the water to see that they produce water which is different from other waters.

1. pH testing can be done by adding reagent drops to the water and comparing the resulting color to a pH chart. Most ionizers come with a pH testing kit, which will allow you to see how alkaline, neutral or acid your tap water is as well as test the water made with an ionizer at different settings. A pH meter will also tell you the pH of a liquid and is used widely in the wine industry.

2. Another measurement that can be done on alkaline ionized water to prove its effectiveness is with an ORP meter. Alkaline liquids all have a -ORP, while acidic liquids like coffee, tea, soda and most bottled waters all have a +ORP. ORP represents the amount of oxidizers (aka free radicals) or antioxidants that a substance has. Anything with a +ORP is oxidizing to the body and accelerates aging, while alkaline ionized water has a -ORP and is rich in anti-oxidants.

3. Finally, a TDS meter can be used to measure the amount of Total Dissolved Solids in the water. Water found in nature always contains TDS, whereas reverse osmosis and bottled waters usually contain little or no TDS. Alkaline ionized water from a water ionizer contains an abundant amount of bioavailable alkaline minerals, or TDS.

Physical Results

Not interested in doing any scientific testing but want to see, feel and taste results?

When you first start drinking alkaline ionized water, the first thing you will notice is that the water has a silkier and smoother feel than regular water, and it won’t leave you feeling bloated or waterlogged. You’ll also need to make much more frequent trips to the restroom for the first few weeks–a sure sign that the water is detoxifying your cells. You are also likely to feel energized, unless you are particularly loaded with toxins in which case you might feel flu-like symptoms while your body detoxifies, followed by increased energy. And if you soak your produce with alkaline ionized water, you will notice fuller flavor.

But the benefits of a pH water machine don’t end with the alkaline ionized water for drinking. If you apply low pH acid water to your skin, you are likely to notice fewer lines and softer skin. And if you spray it on carpet or fabric stains, you’ll be able to see the amazing stain-fighting properties in action. In fact, there are many, many uses for low pH acid water that you are missing out on by not owning a water ionizer!

Top 3 Pieces of Beauty Advice You Should Rethink

Beauty magazines always seem to spout the same general pieces of advice over and over again. What they almost always fail to do is expand on their advice in a way that makes their little glimmers of wisdom truly helpful.

We’ve taken the top three pieces of advice we’ve seen recycled over and over again and expanded on them in a way that can help you take their basic, generic, age-old tip to new heights.

1. Their advice: Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day

Our advice: Drink ionized alkaline water from a water ionizer (a minimum of half your body weight in ounces daily).

Not just any water will do. Granted, the magazines don’t want to tell you that bottled water is bad for you when SmartWater paid an astronomical amount of money to have a sexy Jennifer Aniston ad on the next page. And with all of the horrors of unfiltered tap water out there, they certainly can’t recommend basic old tap water either. Since no one is paying for water ionizer ads to grace their glossy pages, they’re certainly not going to sing the praises of ionized alkaline water just yet.

Regardless of the politics behind the mags non-disclosure, alkaline ionized water is the healthiest water on the planet. It contains more antioxidants than a glass of OJ, and is microclustered to hydrate and detoxify in a way that bottled and tap waters couldn’t dream of. It is full of bioavailable minerals, and has a pH level that promotes overall health and wellness.

2. Their advice: Wear sunblock to prevent wrinkles and skin cancer

Our advice: Wear natural mineral sunscreen

Commercial sunscreens are loaded with acidic chemicals and artifical ingredients which are known to generate free radicals, mimic estrogen, accumulate in fat body stores, and are now being linked to cancer.

All-natural mineral sunscreens are a pricey alternative to drugstore brands, but are not nearly as expensive as conventional skin cancer treatment!

3. Their advice: Wash your face in the morning and before bed

Our advice: Wash your face with ionized acidic water in the morning and before bed

Unless you are using a whole house filtration system which strips your water of chemicals like chlorine and reduces the pH of your water by also removing the alkaline minerals, the water that comes out of your bathroom faucet is federally regulated to be at least mildly alkaline and in most cases chlorinated.

The problem with this is that our skin thrives in an acidic environment of 5.5-6.0 pH in order to fight off bacteria, and our skin absorbs 60% of the chemicals and contaminants that are applied. So not only are we using the wrong pH water on our skin but we’re adding chemicals and contaminants to it when we are supposed to be cleansing and washing away impurities!

Ionized acidic water from a water ionizer is the perfect water for washing your hands and face with because it is the right pH, and–when paired with a prefilter or whole house filtration system–is virtually chemical-free. It can leave skin smoother, softer and even reduce lines and wrinkles and act as an all-natural toner, which is why the Japanese refer to it as “beauty water.”

The Real Reason We Are Fat, Sick & Tired (And What To Do About It)

Dr. Lynda Frassetto of the University of California believes that humans have undergone an evolutionary change. Formerly, our bodies were able to effectively break down food and dispose of acid wastes with our kidneys and liver by using an ample supply of bicarbonate and hydroxyl buffers. But now–because we encounter more toxins, chemicals and pollutants in one day than our ancestors did in a lifetime–our bodies are struggling to keep up and to protect our kidneys and liver from total degradation and failure.

Dr. Frassetto studied 1,000 people and discovered that as we age, we lose buffering capacity in our blood, which reduces our ability to neutralize and remove acids. Since we cannot neutralize all the acid waste, it accumulates in our fatty deposits instead of being eliminated by our kidneys and liver as it once was.  Basically, our bodies have made the decision to preserve our kidneys and liver instead of processing the acid waste, and these wastes now show up as cholesterol, fatty acid, uric acid, sulfate, phosphate, kidney stones, etc.

But don’t blame your body! According to Dr. Robert O. Young, author of The pH Miracle, “Your fat is actually saving your life!” He believes: “There is only one sickness, one disease, and NOW one treatment. The one sickness and disease is the over-acidification of the blood and tissues due to an inverted way of living, eating, and thinking. The one treatment is to alkalize and energize our body.”

A healthy, pH-balanced body has alkaline reserves to battle diseases, infections, and viruses. But when our bodies are excessively acidic, they borrow essential minerals such as calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium from our vital organs and bones to “buffer” (neutralize) the acid. Excess acids in our bodies build up until we begin to show symptoms like digestive problems, headaches, excess weight, bone pains, constipation, muscle tension and pain, heart problems, high blood pressure, etc. When our bodies suffer from prolonged degradation or corrosion, it can manifest into dehabilitating and degenerative diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and osteoarthritis–all which tend to show up around age 45.

Dr. Leigh Erin Connealy, author of Be Perfectly Healthy says, “Acidosis…is especially troubling, because it interferes with optimal functioning in cells throughout the body. Production of white blood cells, which are involved in immunity, suffers most. In an acidic environment, poor quality white blood cells are produced, making it easy for infections to take hold. Restoring a proper pH balance helps boost the immune system and benefits the entire body.”

One easy way to rid your body of excess wastes and restore proper pH balance is to drink Chanson ionized alkaline water, which is able to deeply hydrate and detoxify the tissues and cells, and supply the body with bioavailable minerals and antioxidants.

Not only will Chanson ionized alkaline water help neutralize acidic wastes and build up ionic alkaline reserves, but its smaller molecular cluster size and negative electrical charge make it up to six times more hydrating than conventional water and allows the body to metabolize stored fat. 7 Tips to Help You Stay Hydrated

Proper hydration is the key to a healthy body.

Not only does adequate water intake aid in disease prevention, improve appearance, and increase energy levels, but it also benefits things like our mental and physical performance and memory.

Yet studies report that 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated!

Your body loses approximately half its weight in ounces daily through normal everyday functions like perspiration, exhalation, urination and deification. Therefore we recommend that you drink a minimum of half of your body weight in ounces daily in order to replace the lost water and to prevent dehydration.

We realize that this can sound like a daunting amount, and you may need to work your way up, but we guarantee your body will thank you for it!

Here are 7 simple tips for increasing your daily water intake and staying hydrated this summer:

1. Switch to ionized alkaline water

Users report that ionized alkaline water (made with a water ionizer) does not leave a bloated or waterlogged feeling. We attribute this to the microclustering claim made by Japanese scientists that ionized alkaline water is able to deeper hydrate your cells. The electric charge in the water (via electrolysis) has also been said to create a healthy craving for the water.

2. Start your day off right

Try drinking 1-2 glasses of water the first thing in the morning when you wake up in order to replace water lost during slumber and get a head start on your daily water intake.

3. Take water wherever you go

Carry a refillable glass or BPA-free water bottle with you for easy access on-the-go, and make sure to always have a glass at your desk. Just having the water on hand will remind you to drink it and help you meet your quota.

4. Choose water instead of other beverages

Instead of reaching for a soda or sports drink, fill a glass of water instead. Substituting water for one 20-ounce soda will save you about 240 calories!

5. Sip water in between meals

Don’t reserve beverages for mealtime only – make sure to sip throughout the day. Every drop adds up!

6. Flavor it!

Adding flavor to water has been found to help people drink more than when left unflavored. Check out our suggestions for Ways to Jazz up the Flavor of Water.

7. Eat your water

Add more water-dense foods like broccoli, zucchini, watermelon, lettuce, tomatoes to your diet for added hydration.

Visit www.chansonwater.com for more information on the benefits of alkaline ionized water and to get your own water ionizer.

Why Reverse Osmosis Water is Harmful to Health

The extreme water filtration process known as reverse osmosis rids tap water of virtually all nasty toxins, contaminants and bacteria, making it as pure and crystal clear as can be.

Sounds great, right?

Not exactly.

The problem with reverse osmosis (R/O) is that it works TOO well. In addition to removing all of the impurities, it also strips the water of all the valuable alkaline minerals your body needs to thrive. Essentially, R/O water is dead and lifeless, and most bottled waters on the market today are made with R/O water, not the pristine mountain spring water the ads may lead you to believe.

Although reverse osmosis water is very pure, you will never find it in nature. Water in nature always has total dissolved solids (TDS) in it. TDS are dissolved substances or minerals found in natural waters, which are what give the water life and help to nourish our bodies.

Due to the removal of alkaline minerals, R/O water has an acidic pH level instead of a neutral or alkaline pH which municipal tap water sources mandate. It also has a positive oxidation reduction potential (or +ORP) value, which means it is oxidizing to the body and creates cell-damaging free radicals.

When we consume acidic foods and liquids, our bodies are forced to rob themselves of alkaline minerals like calcium from our bones and magnesium from our heart to offset the unnatural imbalance, creating a mineral deficiency!

Over time, this continuous act of robbing Peter to pay Paul can take a real toll on our health. It’s no wonder that heart disease, osteoporosis, cancer, vision loss and other lifestyle-related diseases are rampant in our society today–most of us are drinking the wrong kind of water!

R/O systems waste approximately five gallons of water per gallon made, and that’s not including the water and oil needed to create the plastic bottles they often come in! With many scholars predicting a water and oil crisis in the not-so-distant future, it’s important to be water wise now more than ever.

A Better Drinking Water Solution

Alkaline ionized water from a Chanson water ionizer is full of bioavailable minerals, has an alkaline pH and an energizing, free-radical fighting -ORP. Chanson ionizers duplicate what happens in nature when water runs over rocks through electrolysis, separating alkaline and acidic ions so the remaining drinking water is healthy, mineral-rich and closer to what nature intended.

Water ionizers hook directly up to your tap, providing an on-demand water supply that is much cheaper, more convenient and better for the environment than bottled or homemade R/O water in the long run.

Because the onboard filter(s) that all brands of water ionizers come with provide a level of filtration far inferior to R/O systems, we strongly recommend pairing a drinking water pre-filter with your water ionizer. Or, if you already have a R/O system installed you can add a remineralizer in order for the ionizer to have minerals to ionize.

You will not get the same benefits from remineralized R/O water or a bottle of mineral water as you will from filtered water run through a water ionizer. This is because the minerals have not been ionized which makes them better absorbed by the body, nor has it been microclustered, which Japanese scientists believe makes it up to six times more hydrating and detoxifying. And finally because it has not been given a negative charge which helps fight free radicals instead of creating them.

Properly filtered alkaline ionized water from a Chanson water ionizer is the solution. Stop drinking dead, acidic, mineral-leeching R/O water today. Visit us at www.chansonwater.com for more information.
