We value our customers and are very grateful for referrals. This is why we promote such a generous return policy and why we can do so with confidence based on years of growth and happy testimonials. Products purchased directly from Chanson Water® may be returned to us according to the conditions stated below.
We do not accept returns purchased from our authorized dealers or commercial accounts buying at below retail pricing. Please consult with your reseller regarding their return policy. Products that have not been purchased directly from Chanson Water® are subject to the return policies of the reseller. Please consult with your reseller concerning its return/refund policies and procedures.”
The customer is responsible for all costs incurred for return shipping of the product. We strongly suggest that you certify all shipments and obtain a tracking number, as Chanson Water® is not responsible for shipments previous to acceptance and arrival at our offices.

Water Ionizer Return Policy
We invite you to try out our water ionizers and enjoy the benefits for up to 60 days. We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your Chanson Ionizer, that we offer you a 60-day money back guarantee. If at any time during the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, in like new condition* and in its original packing we will give you a full refund, less 10% restocking fee**. Shipping fees in this case are non-refundable, and are to be handled solely by the customer. Any shipping costs incurred, by Chanson Water when providing free shipping will also be deducted from the customer’s refund.
*”Like new condition” means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVD’s etc.
**For those customers purchasing Chanson products through a financial institution (financing) a 20% restocking fee will apply to any returns within the 60 day period.
All ionizers shipped in the USA require Adult Signature confirmation upon delivery. Chanson Water® USA, Inc. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the post office delivery confirmation shows that your package was delivered, please contact your local post or delivery service. An option to purchase delivery insurance is offered if this is a concern.
Chanson Water® USA, Inc cannot be responsible for any delay in the delivery of packages, or for delay by customs inspection of International orders.
Water Dove Whole House Filters and Water Conditioners and Salt-Free Softeners
We generously offer you a 90 day trial period to try out your new Water Dove system because we know it can take several weeks of use to clean your homes pipes and start enjoying the full benefits of the Chanson Water Dove System. If at any time in the first 90 days you wish to return your unit, in must be in like new condition and in its original packing we will give you a full refund, less 20% restocking fee. Any shipping charges including shipping cost incurred when providing free shipping will also be deducted.
Return Policy for Replacement filters, Pre-filters and Meters
All filter sales are final. There are no refunds on filters and meters for any reason. If a filter was damaged in shipping we will send a replacement and the damaged filter must be returned to us within 10 business days or we must charge full price for it.
All other items not covered above
If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer’s seal on the box, you can return the products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.
No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Phone (888) 624-2169 for a RMA# before returning any product to Chanson Water. Any product received without a visible RMA# on the outside of the box will be rejected. For your protection, we will not accept any shipments without a valid RMA number clearly labeled on the outside of the box and the RIF form completely filled out and placed inside the box. This is to avoid not knowing whom to credit a return to.
We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to be sent within 2 business days of our receiving your return.
- The product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Include the RMA Number with the returned product. Clearly label the carton with the RMA Number on the Outside. No refunds or replacements will be issued without an RMA number.
- All product returns to Chanson Water® must be accompanied by proof or purchase, such as the original purchase receipt, invoice, copy of order or an emailed version of these confirmations.
- Products must be secured properly for shipping and packed appropriately. When shipping include all accessories, cables, cds, and manuals. If you have any questions on packing procedures, please contact customer service for guidelines. Items returned with missing accessories or damaged due to improper packaging are subject to higher restocking fees.

Dealers Products Return Policy
Dealer purchases and packages are not returnable.
Product Acceptance Policy
All returned product that does not meet the following criteria will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to customer.
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued on products that are not directly purchased from Chanson Water®.
- Defective on arrival product must be returned unused in its original box with all accessories in the packing unused.
- All products returned to Chanson Water® for monetary refunds must have been purchased directly from Chanson Water®, and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number (contact customer service to obtain an RMA Number) and proof of purchase, and be in the original packaging, including all materials pertaining to the product, such as the cables, manuals, power cords, power supplies, software, etc.
- Products must be absent of visible markings, such as pen ink, labels, Velcro, magic marker, stickers, paint, oils and grease, glue, tape, etc.
- Products must be absent of physical damage, such as scratches, cracks, chips, tears, dents, compressions, etc.
- After issuance of a valid RMA Number the product must be returned within 10 days or the product will be refused.
