On this amazing planet, most plants like to drink acid water as they “breathe out” oxygen and “breathe in” carbon dioxide. In comparison, humans strive on clean, alkaline, ionized water as they breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide.
Chanson Water congratulates 11-year old Mason Cahoon on his science award for determining that ivy grows best when watered with acid water from a water ionizer.
Mason was competing with many students a lot older and got the idea for his experiment from watching his dad using a water ionizer. Mason did all the testing and data collection using Excel on a computer.
The tests were conducted over three weeks using Ivy plants and the results speak for themselves.
