Warning: Unauthorized Distributors Cause Problems
Some “fake” companies are selling ionizers that have no right doing so, leaving unhappy customers in the companies’ irresponsible profit-driven paths. For example, we hear about consumers purchasing ionizers who end up receiving used or refurbished units. Also, we hear about warranty troubles from unauthorized distributor customers. Beware of impostors, only buy from an authorized Chanson Dealer
It has come to our attention that there are Chanson Water® Ionizer units being sold below MSRP on sites such as Ebay and Amazon. The lowest price that you should see the Chanson Miracle advertised for is $1850.00 and the VS-70 at $2395.00. If you see pricing lower than this you should be concerned that you may not be dealing with an authorized Chanson Dealer. Be very wary of buying from un-authorized dealers because the unit will not be covered under our lifetime warranty.
