The Detoxification Power of Rare Earth Mineral Clay

According to natural health pioneer Charlotte Gerson of the legendary Gerson Institute, disease comes from two things: toxicity & deficiency.

We live in a toxic world. Even those following an alkaline diet and lifestyle are constantly battling a buildup of toxins in their body, so periodic detoxing is a vital step towards ultimate health.

According Perry Arledge, author of Living Clay, Nature’s Own Miracle Cure, “Every cell in our body excretes waste material, which becomes toxic and poisonous to our bodies if it is allowed to build up faster than it can be eliminated or filtered out of the body. The most common symptoms of toxic  buildup within the body are mental dullness, aching-stiff joints, gas and bloat, high acidity, digestive problems with the stomach and colon, acid reflux and fatigue.”

The Detoxification Power of Rare Earth Mineral Clay

Rare earth mineral clay is highly alkaline, has a negative ionic charge, and binds with acidic toxins in the body, effectively escorting them out either through the bowls or the pores depending on the application.

It is effective against many kinds of toxins, poisons and related ailments including radiation, heavy metal poisoning, infections, gangrene, internal parasites, and over acidity in the body. It can also reduce inflammation, which is associated with virtually all aches and pains and many diseases and conditions such as arthritis.

How to Detoxify with Rare Earth Mineral Clay

There are several ways to detoxify with rare earth mineral clay.

By mixing 1-2 teaspoons of rare earth mineral clay with warm water you can drink it daily to cleanse your internal organs. For best results, drink it first thing in the morning. It doesn’t taste great, so most people drink it down as quickly as possible.

Clay baths are also a popular detoxification method that have been used for centuries. In order to prevent any clumps you can try blending 1-2 cups of clay with warm water in a blender, then adding to hot running water. You’ll want to soak anywhere from 15 minutes to two hours.

You can also create a clay pack for pain relief, as Nedalee recommends in the video below. If you have pain in a concentrated area just mix 1-2 tablespoons of clay with water to create a paste and apply to the area, cover with plastic wrap and leave on overnight if possible.

And lastly you can create a clay face mask by mixing 1-2 teaspoons of clay with water to form a paste and slathering on your face. Like any clay mask, this will benefit your skin while also detoxifying you. Leave on for at least five minutes before rinsing off with warm water.

Whichever way(s) you choose to use the rare earth mineral clay, you should notice health benefits like pain relief and a reduced toxic load.
