Alkaline Recipe: Strawberry Dairy-Free Yogurt

This dairy-free yogurt makes a great breakfast or snack and can be made with a variety of fruits. No probiotics or live cultures required.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4 large frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 small lemon, juiced
  • Stevia to taste (optional)

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor til smooth. Allow to set in refrigerator 1-2 hours. Eat within 12 hours or freeze.
