Alkaline Recipe: Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

This filling smoothie makes a great breakfast or meal replacement.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender til smooth.
