Radishes are rich in vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants, folate, B vitamins, vitamin K, potassium, manganese, magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorous, sodium, copper and zinc.

Radishes promote health in many ways. They:

  • Rebuild tissues and blood vessels
  • Maintain health of bones and teeth
  • Fight cellular damage
  • Lower your risk of diabetes, heart disease, diverticulitis and cancer
  • Are purifying and detoxifying
  • Are a natural diuretic
  • Combat inflammation and infections
