Alkaline Recipe: Veggie Chili

 

Veggie Chili

This would make a great dip for Superbowl Sunday! You can also have it for dinner and then use the leftovers to make nachos, chili fries, and to top baked potatoes.

Serves 12

Ingredients:

1 lg can Hunts Crushed tomato with basil
1 lg can kidney beans
1 lg can black beans
1 lg can chili beans
1/2 sm can sliced jalepenos
1 diced green bell pepper
1/2 white onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Soak veggies in 8.0-8.5 pH Chanson ionized alkaline water. Add all ingredients to crock pot and simmer on low for six hours. Optional: Garnish with avocado slices.
